EmpowerWash is a hands-on pre-apprenticeship initiative designed to introduce youth ages 16–24 to the high-demand field of professional power pressure washing. This program offers structured training in equipment operation, safety protocols, eco-friendly cleaning practices, and small business fundamentals. Participants gain real-world experience through supervised fieldwork and industry mentoring, preparing them for apprenticeship, employment, or entrepreneurship in the growing industry sectors such as:
