Coming Soon: Family Support Specialist
EduConnect’s Family Support Specialist is designed to equip compassionate professionals to serve families with empathy, resilience, and cultural responsiveness. This signature program blends hands-on experience with training in trauma-informed care, resource navigation, and emotional intelligence—preparing apprentices to become trusted advocates in schools, community agencies, and human service organizations.
For future advancement, in their careers, program participants may choose to pursue nationally recognized credentials such as the Family Development Credential (FDC)—a professional development option that reinforces core competencies in family engagement and support. While EduConnect does not currently directly offer the FDC, our apprenticeship lays a strong foundation for those interested in exploring this credential in the future.
