Bridging Experience & Opportunity

Senior Employment Training Program empowers older adults (50+) to reenter the workforce through tailored employment pathways in program administration, early childhood education and digital skills development. Through mentorship, training and intergenerational learning experiences, older adults gain meaningful roles and build sustainable careers.

Participants can choose between three specialized tracks, each offering hands-on learning, certification opportunities, and workforce reentry support.
