An employer-informed approach that blends skill-building, mental wellness support, and employment resources for underemployed, unemployed and first-time job seekers. Participants must be age 18-24, be able to commit to attending a three-week cohort session and live in South Fulton county.  

College Park, East Point, Fairburn, Hapeville, Palmetto, City of South Fulton, Chattahoochee Hills, and Union City

• Build essential workplace skills with a human-centered, culturally responsive approach
• Connect directly with local employers, apprenticeship programs, and training providers
• Produce tangible career tools: resume, LinkedIn profile, elevator pitch, career plan
• Strengthen community ties through service and networking
• Each cohort is a duration of three weeks and you have the option to choose what best fits your needs and schedule.
