Pamela Finney-Harris began working in the early childhood education industry in 1984 at the age of 16. She earned her BS in Early Childhood Education in 1998 and her MA in Education in 2005. Her employment history includes holding previous positions as Afterschool Program Site Coordinator; Kindergarten Teacher; Early Intervention Teacher (K-3rd); Adjunct Instructor-Early Care and Education; Site Director; and Early Childhood CDA Workforce Training Instructor-Contractor. Since 2005, Ms. Finney-Harris has been utilizing her knowledge and experience from working in early childhood settings, and her background in education, to inform adult learners and organizations on child development and best practice in implementing child care and family services. Her role as a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential Instructor has allowed her to support hundreds of professionals to earn their certification and increase their abilities to meet the developmental needs of children and partner with families.
